1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing Neuro Coding Studio ("the Service"), you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms. Our service is a high-performance AI toolset, and your use of it constitutes a legal agreement between you and CodingLab.

You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials used to access the Service. Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to our security team immediately. We are not liable for losses caused by compromised third-party OAuth sessions (Google/GitHub).

4. Credits & Refund Policy

Usage of Neuro Coding Studio is based on a credit system. Since each scan consumes significant GPU computational resources:

• All credit purchases are final and non-refundable.
• Unused credits do not expire and remain on your account ledger.
• Abuse of the system may lead to permanent credit forfeiture.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Attempting to bypass scan limits or API rate-throttling.
• Using the tool for illegal plagiarism or malicious automated spam.
• Reverse-engineering the "Panda v1.0" detection engine.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine, at our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.
